1. Prints & Image Licensing

The prints sold on this website are physical, made-to-order reproductions of proprietary derivative creative works. While the underlying original black-and-white photographs are out of copyright and in the public domain, the specific restoration, colouring and enhancement of each image remain our copyright.

What your purchase includes

You are buying a physical print for personal display:

You may display the print in your home or office and gift it to others.
Ownership of the print does not transfer any copyright in the restored/colourised image.

Prohibited uses

You may not photograph, scan or otherwise reproduce the print to make further copies.
You may not resell reproductions, or use the restored/colourised image in merchandise, publications, advertising or websites, without an explicit commercial licence.

2. Terms of Service

By using this site and placing an order, you agree to comply with our Terms of Service.

Orders & Delivery

Prints are made to order and posted to the address you provide. It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery and contact details at checkout. Production and delivery timeframes are indicative and may vary.

System Misuse

Attempts to bypass image watermarks or access restricted server endpoints without authorisation may result in cancellation of access and/or action under Australian Consumer and Intellectual Property Law.

3. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. This policy details how we handle your information.

Information We Collect

Contact & delivery details: Used to process your order, keep you updated, and post your print.
Transaction data: Payment details are processed directly by Stripe. We do not store your card or raw banking details.
Telemetry: IP-free logs of button clicks and filter selections, used to improve the site.

Data Governance

We do not sell, rent or trade your details or order history to any marketing lists or third parties.

4. Refund Policy

As each print is made to order, we ask that you choose carefully. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are unaffected.

Exceptions

Damaged or faulty in transit: If your print arrives damaged or with a production fault, contact us with your order reference and a photo, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
Duplicate orders: If you accidentally order the same print twice, we’ll refund the duplicate.
